We ship orders from our partner warehouses in Europe and China, depending on availability and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping Times
- Europe: 7-15 business days (from EU warehouse) or 10-20 business days (from China warehouse)
- - United Kingdom: 7-15 business days - Other regions: 15-25 business days Shipping Costs
- - Free standard shipping on orders over €39.99
- - Standard shipping fee: €4.99 for orders under €39.99
- - Express shipping (where available): €12.99
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our Order Tracking page.
Customs & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hucare.eu@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
