RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's what to do.

30-Day Return Window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hucare.eu@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• - Items damaged due to misuse
• - Gift cards

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After the order is processed or shipped, the return policy applies.
